Shiloh was founded by Jamie Aloia, a real estate executive with over a decade of development marketing and design experience. Working alongside the top real estate developers in the business has given Jamie the in-depth knowledge and experience to provide high-level pre-development consultation, creative marketing, and proven sales & leasing strategies. Always curious and with a passion for design at a young age, Jamie studied architecture at Lehigh University as well as in Paris, The Veneto and Sydney. Later, she earned a master’s degree in real estate development from New York University.
Today, still curious and passionate, Jamie has taken her well-rounded development experience and created Shiloh Consulting.
